Due to the digital nature of our products, including subscriptions and test credits, all purchases made on MockSensei are **final and non-refundable**. When you purchase a subscription or test credits, you gain immediate access to our premium features and content. As this access cannot be revoked, we do not offer monetary refunds for any used or unused services.

This policy applies to all our plans, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and "Pay As You Go" test credit purchases.

2. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

While we do not provide cash refunds, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that technical issues, billing errors, or other problems can occasionally occur. Our team is dedicated to resolving any such issues promptly and fairly.

3. Issue Resolution and Service Credits

If you encounter a problem that prevents you from using our service as intended, please contact us immediately. We handle issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. This may include:

  • Restoring Test Credits: If a technical glitch or server error causes you to lose a test credit unfairly, we will investigate the issue and restore the credit to your account upon verification.
  • Billing Error Correction: If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please provide us with the relevant details, and we will investigate and correct any verified errors.

Please note that the final decision on the form of resolution rests solely with the MockSensei team.

4. How to Report an Issue

To report a payment-related issue, a problem with your credits, or any other concern, please visit our Contact Us page and provide the following information:

  • Your registered email address.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • The date and time the issue occurred.
  • Any relevant transaction IDs, order numbers, or screenshots.

Our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations made before the end of the billing cycle.
