How to Apply
Visit the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in.
Open the 'CRP for RRBs' section and select the appropriate online application link for Officers Scale-I, II and III or Office Assistants (Multipurpose).
Click 'CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION' and enter the required basic information.
Note the provisional registration number and password generated by the system.
Complete the application form carefully and use the 'SAVE AND NEXT' option to verify the entered information before final submission.
Upload the required photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration and other applicable documents as specified in the notification.
For eligible candidates, upload the applicable disability/scribe-related documents where required.
Pay the applicable application fee/intimation charges online.
After successful payment, download or print the e-receipt and system-generated application form.
Retain the registration number, password and application printout for future reference.
Things to Remember
- A candidate may apply for Office Assistants and also apply for one post in the Officers cadre.
- A candidate cannot apply for more than one Officers cadre post among Scale-I, Scale-II and Scale-III.
- Candidates applying for multiple Officers cadre posts will have their applications summarily rejected.
- For Office Assistants and Officer Scale-I, candidates must select the State/UT for provisional allotment and the option once exercised is irrevocable.
- For Office Assistants and Officer Scale-I, local-language proficiency is an essential qualification.
- A candidate who does not initially meet the prescribed local-language requirement may be given up to six months from joining to acquire proficiency, subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
- Vacancies mentioned in Annexure I are indicative and may change depending on actual vacancies reported by the RRBs.
- For Officers Scale-II and III, provisional allotment is based on merit-cum-preference and actual vacancies reported by the RRBs.
- For Office Assistants, provisional allotment is based on Main Examination performance and actual vacancies reported by the RRB of the State/UT applied for.
- Educational qualifications must be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India or approved by the relevant regulatory bodies.
- For percentage calculation, fractions are ignored; for example, 59.99% is treated as less than 60%.
- CGPA/OGPA must be converted into percentage according to the conversion method prescribed by the concerned University/Institute.
- Online payment transaction charges are borne by the candidate.
- Pre-Examination Training may be arranged online for eligible candidates belonging to specified categories.
- Candidates eligible for scribe/compensatory-time facilities must comply with the detailed conditions in the notification.
- The examination will be conducted online at various centres across India and requests for change of examination centre will not normally be entertained.
- The notification does not specify a service bond or CIC score requirement.
